Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver in-home and community ABA services. You will work with BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients acquire communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• RBT certification required for RBT role; BT requires RBT within 4 months.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
