Job summary

Ability Builders Consulting Co. is urgently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in in-home and community settings. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, completes a 40-hour RBT training, and maintains current RBT certification with BACB.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training program.
• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Must be RBT certified.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to address skill deficits and behavior excesses in clients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities in various settings (homes, schools, community).
• Collect and record data on client progress with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and parents to ensure cohesive treatment.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as needed.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to help clients develop essential life and social skills.
