Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with team members to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $23-28 per hour, health and dental benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during ABA therapy.
