Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring RBTs and BTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes growth, ongoing training, and collaboration with families and clinicians to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.
Active RBT certification required for the RBT role (as applicable).

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure high‑quality care.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
