Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor in clients' homes and communities. You will use ABA principles to support children with autism and collaborate with the care team to ensure accurate progress reporting.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Bachelors preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community interventions using ABA.
• Collect data during sessions with Rethink software.
• Report progress to behavior analysts and coordinators.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
