Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults in-home in Smithville. You will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA, receive guidance from the clinical team, and contribute to meaningful progress while developing your skills through supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults in-home
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
