Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is recruiting Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy across South Gate, CA. You will work closely with BCBA-developed plans to help children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Available a minimum 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
