Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes in Virginia. You will implement individualized therapy plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 40-hour RBT training, and active RBT certification (preferred or within 60 days of hire).
