Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Conduct discrete trials and follow treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision and case reviews with BCBA.
• Communicate session updates with the clinical team.
