ABA Home Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home, school, and community ABA services for children and adults on the autism spectrum. This role requires collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor the treatment plan's progress.
