Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to deliver therapy in home and community settings, collecting data and reporting progress with accuracy.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Background check (level-two) cleared.
• Ability to document progress and data accurately.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA interventions.
• Collect data using Rethink software.
• Communicate progress with analysts and coordinators.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
