Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and center settings. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans and collect data to track progress.

Our in-home model includes weekly supervision, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants with at least 3 months ABA experience, a high school diploma, and a current RBT certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (Not required but is a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
