Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks an RBT to work one-on-one with children and young adults in home and community settings. You’ll deliver ABA services under BCBA supervision, recording data and participating in supervision and team discussions.

You’ll have paid training, BCBA support, opportunities for professional growth, and benefits such as health coverage and PTO. A commitment to learning and reliable transportation is valued.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults per BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in sessions.
• Record session data and maintain accurate documentation on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and discuss progress.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
