Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking passionate RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication are required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children with disabilities is preferred.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Enter data and trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by BACB.
• Remain available for all supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
