Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to work in-home with children and young adults with autism, following plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision and collaborate with a clinical team to support ongoing growth.

This role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development, plus benefits for full-time employees and PTO. A high school diploma or equivalent and current RBT certification (or willingness to complete)

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required
• Ability to meet background check requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism following BCBA plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills during sessions
• Record session data accurately and complete required documentation on time
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
