Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with young learners and teens, in home or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and participate in BCBA trainings and parent coaching.

The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check. You will collaborate closely with the BCBA and clinical team to support pediatric clients and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with autism ages 2–21.
• Behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans.
• Background check required.
• Reliable car and driver's license required.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for children 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT teammates.
• Receive supervision from BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services.
• Enter data and trials daily for each pediatric patient.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
