Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home and community settings. You will implement behavior interventions and collaborate closely with supervising BCBA to ensure individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a 6-month ABA experience or 1 year working with autism, plus reliable transportation for client visits. Training, supervision, and ongoing education support are provided as part of a growth-focused team.

Competenze

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and drivericense for commuting to clientss homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, paraprofessional, or early childhood educator can help.

Mansioni

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery to pediatric patients.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families as per BACB guidelines.
• Enter data and all trials used daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
