Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and teach functional life and communication skills to children and teens, while completing session documentation to track progress.

Collaboration with families is essential to ensure consistency of strategies, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.
