Job summary

Heartlinks ABA IN in Indiana is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children. This part-time position offers after-school evening hours with 10 hours per week and a flexible schedule. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver tailored therapy plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification (BACB).
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Complete progress notes in our data system.
• Collaborate with families for consistent behavior plans.
