Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement BCBA-designed programs and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, complete RBT training, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. We offer supportive supervision, continuous training, and opportunities for growth across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Keep track of progress using our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans
