Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver high-quality ABA services to children in-home and in community settings across Georgia. You will implement therapy plans designed by a BCBA, teach functional skills, and document progress in our data system.

We welcome dedicated individuals who are 18+, hold an active RBT certification, and have reliable transportation. A criminal background check is required, with opportunities for advancement and supervision as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that help the children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
