Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time RBT to deliver in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. Flexible scheduling allows 15–20 hours per week, with weekend as needed, to support infants through teens and their families.

You will implement individualized ABA programs, collect progress notes, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan execution. A high school diploma and an active RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
