Heartlinks ABA is a growing in-home ABA provider offering therapy across Georgia. We focus on communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills for children and teens with autism, operating with BCBA supervision.

We value compassionate team players who are 18+, hold an active RBT, have reliable transportation, and can work after-school hours 15–20 hours/week. PTO and flexible scheduling support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach functional life and communication skills.
• Complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency.
