Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for an in-home Behavioral Technician role to provide ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The position involves implementing therapy programs designed by the BCBA and teaching skills to meet functional goals while tracking progress with our data system.

Ideal candidates have completed the 40-hour RBT training and can demonstrate reliability with transportation. Opportunities to advance toward BCBA supervision and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that meet functional goals and needs.
• Track progress using data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
