Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching functional life and communication skills, completing session documentation, and collaborating with families to ensure consistency.

Schedule is 15–20 hours per week after-school, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities
