Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children under BCBA supervision in Georgia. This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible afternoons and weekends and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements include being 18+, active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a background check. Benefits include PTO/Sick time, BCBA supervision, and referral bonuses as you grow in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
