Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team in Irvington, NJ. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA therapy and collecting progress data.

The role is part-time/in-home, offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay ($20–$25 per hour) based on experience and certification, with benefits available for full-time staff. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes for individuals with ASD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
