Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services in New Jersey is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to join our in-home program. You will work one-to-one with a student, under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA strategies in the child’s natural home setting.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, training, and opportunities to pursue the Registered Behavior Technician credential. Applicants should have experience with ASD, strong communication with families, and the ability to document progress

Qualifications

• RBT certification and related trainings.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication with families and care teams.
• Ability to document progress notes and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the home.
• Collect data and monitor progress on goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust BIP-driven interventions.
