Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique in-home ABA therapy agency. We provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their home environment, guided by a BCBA and a personalized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).

You will collect data and monitor progress to tailor interventions as the student grows. We offer flexible PART-TIME schedules after school and weekends, with mentorship from experienced BCBA supervisors and opportunities to pursue RBT credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or related field preferred.
• Must hold RBT or pursuing certification.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children in home environment.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.
• Demonstrates professional reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the home setting.
• Collect daily data and progress notes under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized BIP to improve communication, focus, and behavior.
• Coordinate with families and lead BCBA for plan updates.
