Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in their home under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized interventions, collect data, and track progress toward communication and behavioral goals.

The role offers part-time hours, after-school availability, weekend potential, and mentorship from experienced ABA professionals, with opportunities to pursue RBT credentials.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is preferred.
• Experience with children in home or school settings highly desirable.
• Strong communication and data documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly one-on-one with the child in the home environment under BCBA supervision.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and collect daily data on goals.
• Document progress notes and adjust interventions with the team.
• Support development of communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.
