Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, providing 1-on-1 ABA services in clients' homes under the supervision of BCBAs. Flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours support work-life balance, with paid training to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, training families, and maintaining open communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information under HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client and family needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with movement and activities during sessions (18–25+ pounds handling, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
