Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in their homes.

This part-time role offers 12-20 hours per week, with ABA-based plans guided by a BCBA, and opportunities for career growth toward RBT certification or BCBA, plus training support.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, pass a background check, and own a tablet or laptop for sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification if already obtained.
• Passion for children and love for working with families.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a personal device for sessions.
• Willingness for ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior plans under supervision.
• Observe and document progress during sessions.
• Support communication, social and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA to modify plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete notes daily.
