Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification, are available daytime hours, own a tablet or laptop, and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and access to a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and document client progress and daily behavior.
• Manage challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to support generalization of skills.
• Complete daily data entry and maintain client confidentiality.
