Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in in-home sessions from 3-7pm. The role focuses on ABA-based behavior intervention plans, helping with communication, social interaction and self-care.

We offer part-time hours (12-20 per week), competitive hourly pay based on experience, and opportunities to advance to RBT or BCBA, with guidance and financial assistance. Join a supportive team dedicated to families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained.
• Passion for working with children.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Valid driver''s license and personal vehicle.
• Tablet or Laptop required to use during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team.
• Maintains confidentiality and completes daily paperwork.
• Participates in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Follows company policies.
