Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
• Continuous learning; willingness to develop.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle & auto insurance with name listed.
• Devices: Tablet or Laptop required during sessions (not just a smartphone).
• Background: Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles in all interactions with clients.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and analysts.
• Participate as an active member of the treatment team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entries in the online database.
• Participate in ongoing training to increase skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
