Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families to support learning in everyday settings.

The position is part-time (9-15 hours/week), with afternoon availability (Mon-Fri 3-7pm) and a pathway for BCBA growth, plus paid training and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained.
• Passion for children.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observes and records client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
