Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to work in-home with children with autism, delivering ABA-based intervention under BCBA supervision. Roles support communication, social interaction, and life skills, with part-time hours during weekday evenings (3-7pm).

Applicants should have a high school diploma; RBT certification is a plus. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required to travel to families' homes. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification if already obtained considered a plus.
• Passion for working with children and families essential.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
• Ability to use a tablet or laptop during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observe, record, and report client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Help clients acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entries in the online database.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Follow Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
