Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a part-time, in-home ABA paraprofessional to support a child with autism in Mesa, AZ. You will provide 1:1 therapy in the client’s home during weekday afternoons and evenings under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing play-based ABA plans, tracking progress with a simple data system, and collaborating with the BCBA and other techs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Afternoon/evening availability
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• ABA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using a data system on your phone or tablet
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
