Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children at their homes in San Tan Valley, AZ. Each role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA under BCBA supervision.

You will work with the same children regularly, supporting development in real-life environments and receiving training and ongoing support from our team. Great flexibility for students or existing workers seeking extra hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience is a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using a data system on your phone or tablet.
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
