Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a luxury service environment and/or food and beverage hospitality.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of in-person, telephone, and email correspondence with Operations Control and external contacts.
• Order and confirm all daily in-flight catering.
• Communicate with flight crews, team members, and vendors regarding items affecting catering services.
• Troubleshoot deviations due to flight schedule changes and address issues to avoid disservice.
• Place last-minute orders with vendors as needed.
• Track, monitor, and validate in-flight catering invoices and credit card transactions.
• Provide daily quality assurance of all catering-related transactions.
• Work with third-party catering vendors to meet expectations.
• Interpret food and beverage and aviation catering information for daily tasks.
