Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in facility management.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and tool familiarity.
• Comfortable on ladders, rooftops and man lifts.
• Basic computer skills for work order systems.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interface with employees, clients, visitors and guests; ensure services and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, rooftops, electrical panels.
• Maintain lighting and monitor low voltage systems.
• Handle plumbing leaks, fixtures, drains and water heaters.
• Assist management with repairs and vendor coordination.
• Escort vendors and update/close work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate meetings and greet incoming vendors to their meeting points.
• Ensure minimal disruption to client environment during work.
