Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a qualified Facility Coordinator for our Cleveland, Ohio facility. You will work closely with the Director of Facilities to support maintenance, repairs, and coordination with third-party vendors while ensuring high levels of service to internal and external customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage work orders and inspections with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college; 1–3 years facility management experience
• Solid mechanical knowledge and tool familiarity
• Basic computer skills for work order systems

Responsibilities

• Act as interface with employees, clients, visitors and guests, delivering services with professionalism
• Troubleshoot and perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, rooftops, electrical panels
• Maintain lighting, change outlets and monitor low voltage systems; handle plumbing leaks and fixtures
• Assist the management team by communicating needs for extensive repairs and coordinating with vendors
• Assist with receiving and dispatching work orders, escort vendors, and keep detailed logs
