Job summary

Flexjet LLC in Cleveland, OH seeks a Facility Coordinator to support the Director of Facilities and ensure high service levels for internal and external customers. The role involves coordinating repairs, liaising with third-party vendors, and maintaining a safe, efficient facility.

You will perform routine maintenance, supervise work orders, escort vendors, and help manage meetings and space scheduling while operating within the approved facility budget.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years facility management experience.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interface with employees, clients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure delivery of services and overall satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching work orders.
• Provide direction to vendors and facilities staff to minimize disruption.
• Escort vendors and maintain logs with thorough follow-up.
• Support meetings and coordinate conference room arrangements.
• Greet incoming vendors and route them appropriately.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
