Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Charter Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will work with Scheduling and outside suppliers to ensure Owner trips are covered to meet company standards and owner expectations.

Responsibilities include quoting, aircraft knowledge, trip scheduling, vendor management, cost negotiation, safety compliance, and timely flight follow-ups, providing outstanding customer service with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-3 years in aviation/logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of FARs for Part 91/121/135 is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Request charter quotes from third party providers via phone, email, and/or web.
• Develop expert understanding of aircraft in our fleet and available charter market.
• Ensure trips are scheduled on aircraft meeting owner expectations and specifications.
• Identify and elevate issues to operations management and client services.
• Negotiate pricing to optimize buying strategies.
• Establish and develop relationships with charter vendors.
• Ensure safety standards are met by vendors prior to every trip.
• Flight follow every trip to ensure on-time performance.
• Audit and approve invoices for payment.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
