Qualifications

• Experience with invoice reconciliation, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or basic accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review invoices against contracts, budgets, or agreed pricing.
• Strong email communication and professional business etiquette.
• Experience using proprietary software or business systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review catering invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Approve invoices within established limits and procedures.
• Evaluate costs to ensure they are reasonable and support good business practices.
