Meier Agency is hiring a Sales Trainer to lead in-field sales training and gradually assume leadership duties. You will build your own client book through cold calling and train new hires while continuing to participate in field sales calls.

The role emphasizes developing training programs, evaluating effectiveness, and coaching reps to improve performance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CRM experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn insurance industry and obtain license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; customer service experience is helpful.
• Candidate must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client portfolio through cold calling to businesses.
• Develop and implement tailored sales training programs for teams and individuals.
• Lead training sessions for new reps and seasoned pros.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new reps.
• Mentor and coach new hires to develop skills.
