Responsabilités

• Build and Manage Your Business by developing a portfolio of clients and calling on SMBs.
• Develop and Implement Training Programs tailored for different teams and individuals.
• Conduct Training Sessions to motivate recruits and seasoned pros.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance data.
• Provide Ongoing Coaching and Support to new sales reps.
• Mentor and Coach New Hires to accelerate growth.
