Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team and provide in-community ABA-based behavioral health support for youth ages 2-21. The role includes leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and developing and implementing ITPS with families and schools.

The position requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation, and the ability to collaborate with licensed clinicians. Part-time hours apply, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure or certification in PA required or eligible.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
