Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant in Pennsylvania to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and work with families, educators, and providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, accurate documentation, and a commitment to empowering youth through ABA-aligned interventions and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure allowing oversight of ABA services (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
