Job summary

Clarvida seeks a part-time Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, set target behaviors, and work with families and educators to create and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This role requires strong clinical insights and thorough documentation, with supervisory responsibilities. Role emphasizes direct care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with licensure.
• One year of full-time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed a clinical/mental health practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
